SANTIAGO CITY — Atty. Richmond Bulan Lucas, a graduate of the University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS) Law School, ranked 9th in the 2025 Bar Examinations, earning a rating of 90.45%, according to results released by the Supreme Court of the Philippines on January 7, 2026.

Lucas placed among the top examinees nationwide in the bar examinations, which posted a 48.98% passing rate, with 5,594 passers out of 11,420 examinees.
