ULS CTE Dean, Faculty Present Research at 8th International Conference on Innovation in Teaching, Learning, and Educational Research 

Kristine Jean G. Salvia, PhD, Dean of the College of Teacher Education (CTE), together with faculty members Cherry Amor Viray‑Ariola and Jayson L. Jamco, EdD, presented their research papers during the 8th International Conference on Innovation in Teaching, Learning, and Educational Research (ICILTER) held on April 11-12, 2026, at the Crown Legacy Hotel in Baguio City, alongside scholars from various higher education institutions nationwide.

Salvia presented the study “Academic Performance and Readiness as Predictors of Diagnostic Test Outcomes among Pre‑Service Teachers: Basis for Targeted LET Review Programs.” Viray‑Ariola, meanwhile, discussed “College Students’ Mathematical Mindset: A Descriptive Study,” while Jamco presented “Teaching Skills and Competencies of Teachers in the University of La Salette, Santiago City, Isabela.”

The research presentations were delivered during scheduled conference sessions at the Diamond Hall, contributing to discussions on innovation, assessment, and instructional practices in education.
