Student leaders from the University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS) joined representatives from higher education institutions across Cagayan Valley during the Regional Youth Leadership held on Aug. 19, 2026, in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

Centered on the theme, “Advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Through Internationalization, Innovation, and Community Action,” the forum provided a venue for participants to engage in discussions on pressing social and community concerns.
The ULS delegation, composed of Student Executive Council President Thyrone C. Abulencia, SEC Treasurer John Patrick A. Tamani, SEC Auditor Joseph Luis B. Jacela, College of Business Education Governor Jayson Pascua, College of Engineering and Architecture Governor Travis Bryant E. Talde, College of Teacher Education Governor Tristan Rae D. Torres, Junior Finance Executives Chairperson Jhon Lord A. Cutaran, and Salettinian Young Leaders Association President Precious Mae A. Mones, attended the forum under the supervision of Limuel Arjay Esteban, MBA, CSAS, Dean of the Office of Student Services and Affairs.









The forum also served as an opportunity for student leaders from different institutions to strengthen inter-institutional networks and exchange ideas on youth participation, innovation, and community engagement initiatives.
