ULS Participates in First Regional HTM Week

BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA — The University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS) through the College of Business Education participated in the First Regional Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Week hosted by Saint Mary’s University on December 1, 2025.

The event opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Fr. Tonus Cornelius Gymnasium, attended by academic and industry representatives, including CHED Region II Education Supervisor I Dr. Jocelyn Carag. ULS faculty members Jhon Eliah R. Coronel and Rubylinda M. Gaffud were present together with student leaders from the Salettinian Tourism Society (STS) and the Salettinian Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Society (SHRS).

The 1st JTHMAP Regional Seminar featured three speakers who discussed issues and developments in the hospitality and tourism sector. Participants also viewed a recorded message from Prof. Jojo M. Villamin, Founder of the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines (JTHMAP).

ULS is an institutional member of JTHMAP and continues to participate in regional and national activities related to hospitality and tourism education.
