Eugenio Receives Regional Outstanding Volunteer Award in 2025 Search for Outstanding Volunteers

TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN — Jemerson L. Eugenio, LPT, MAEd, faculty member and alumnus of the University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS), was recognized as the Regional Outstanding Volunteer Awardee (Individual – Youth Category) in the 2025 Search for Outstanding Volunteers (SOV) during the awarding ceremony held at the Provincial Capitol in Tuguegarao City on December 9, 2025.

Out of 17 nominees, Eugenio was among the two awardees in the category.

Eugenio, who is currently in the United States as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program Scholar at Indiana University Bloomington, was represented by his mother, Jennifer Eugenio. The recognition was also received alongside Mr. Bernard Joseph L. Ariola, LPT, CHRA, Director of the Community Extension Program of the La Salette Pananagutan Center, and Mrs. Marjorie S. Magbitang, MPA, Director for External Affairs and Linkages.

The ceremony was held during the 137th Regular Business Meeting of the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Council (RDC 2).
