ULS College of Teacher Education Interns Attend BAELS 2nd Public Lecture Series

Interns from the ULS College of Teacher Education (CTE) attended the Bachelor of Arts in English Studies (BAELS) 2nd Public Lecture Series at Isabela State University (ISU) –Cauayan Campus on November 7, 2025.

The lecture, titled “On Speaking Terms: An Introductory Workshop in Community Lexicography,” was delivered by Mr. Rai Aldrin Salvador. It included a discussion and workshop featuring terms, definitions, and narratives related to food, medicine, disasters, and local cultural practices.

The participation of ULS interns was made possible through the efforts of CTE Dean Dr. Kristine Jean G. Salvia, College Supervisor Mrs. Maria Diwata V. Cadiente, MaEd, LPT, with the guidance and supervision of Ms. Shampaine R. Andaya, MaEd, LPT, and Mr. Dominick R. Domingo, LPT.

The ULS CTE interns expressed their appreciation to the BAELS Department and ISU–Cauayan Campus for the opportunity and warm reception.
