
SANTIAGO CITY – The University of La Salette, Inc. through its Human Development Center spearheaded a comprehensive career guidance program dubbed “Tanglaw,” aiming to illuminate the right path for its 4th-year graduating students as they transition into the professional world. The event, held at the ULS New Gymnasium on May 23, 2025, provides vital insights and guidance for future career development.
Simultaneous sessions focus on “Preparing Students for Responsible Citizenship and Benefits Awareness,” featuring discussions from various agencies speakers including Atty. Jade Q. Lacar, Senior Analyst-Large Account Department (SSS), Robert John B. Duerme I, Members Service Officer II and Norie Joy L. Panganiban, Marketing Specialist (PAG-IBIG FUND), Samuel A. Morillo, Chief Social Insurance Officer Head and Lala Jasmine C. Guzman, Marketing Officer (PhilHealth), and Jayson R. Benavize, Special Operations Officer (PESO). Topics range from registration and orientation to various government and employment benefits.
In another session, “Preparing for the World of Work: Transitioning from Campus to Career,” delves into practical career development. A highlight of this session is the “Career Talk” led by guest speaker Ms. Chloe Neziah B. Mandac, Registered Psychometrician, Registered Psychologist, followed by an open forum for students to address their queries.









The “Tanglaw” Career Guidance Talk 2025 is a testament to institutions commitment to holistic student development, ensuring that its graduates are well-prepared and equipped with necessary knowledge and skills for post-academic journey and professional careers.
