The Office is in charge of safety, security, maintenance, sanitation, waste management of school halls, buildings, grounds and facilities. The office is also in charge of supervision of construction of new facilities and amenities. It keeps up to date inventory of all equipment, furniture, machineries, and vehicles of the University.
