The College of Education aims to:

1. equip students with teaching competencies and mastery of knowledge, skills, values and research capability which are geared towards the attainment of the thrust on basic education;
2. train students to value continuing education and self-renewal as well as continuous learning in response to the demands of industry and modern information technology for global competence and competitiveness;
3. manifest Salletinian spirituality of Penance, Prayer and Zeal exemplified by proper attitudes and values of honesty, obedience and social responsibility, fortitude and as Christ, the model and source of Grace.
