The Human Development Center is guided by the following commitments:

1. To strengthen the services towards the attainment of TOTAL HUMAN DEVELOPMENT and to recognize, respect and affirm the presence of CHRIST in each person;
2. To manifest our concern for the poor and the clients in the community in need of a helping hand and to established strong linkage with other agencies whose commitment is geared towards transformation and service;
3. To develop research capabilities and contribute new knowledge and information for the development of the community and society.
