The University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS) participated in the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) Caravan conducted by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office II (CHEDRO II) through Project TULAY on October 15, 2026, in Tuguegarao City.
Madeilyn B. Estacio, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Jaypee Fernan M. Ramirez, ULS ETEEAP Coordinator, represented ULS in the activity.

During the caravan, Dr. Estacio presented the university’s ETEEAP offerings and highlighted the success stories of ULS graduates who earned their degrees through the ETEEAP program.
The caravan also included consultations, during which Dr. Estacio and Mr. Ramirez accommodated inquiries from prospective applicants regarding admission requirements, program curricula, and other enrollment-related concerns.
The caravan, through Project TULAY, is part of the efforts of CHED Regional Office II, under the leadership of Dr. Julieta M. Paras, CESO III, Regional Director, and the initiative of Dr. Jocelyn P. Carag, Education Supervisor II, to expand awareness of and access to ETEEAP among working professionals seeking to earn a college degree through the accreditation of prior learning and work experiences.
