Reverend Father Franklin G. Picio, MS, Ph.D., President of the University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS), received a Plaque of Recognition as one of the Outstanding Stakeholders of the Schools Division Office of Santiago City during the Division 2026 Local Stakeholders’ Convergence on October 8 at the Santiago Sports Arena.

Fr. Picio received the recognition for the University’s contributions and support to Nabbuan Integrated School.
Joining Fr. Picio during the awarding were Madeilyn B. Estacio, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Bernard Joseph L. Ariola, LPT, CHRA, Director of the La Salette Pananagutan Center (LSPC).
The convergence recognized education partners and stakeholders for their contributions to the delivery of quality education and community services in Santiago City.
The recognition proves the continuing partnership between ULS and the Schools Division Office of Santiago City particularly the Nabbuan Integrated School and other public schools in the city in supporting educational and community-based initiatives.
