SANTIAGO CITY, Philippines — The University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS), through its La Salette Pananagutan Center (LSPC), donated books and computers to Nabbuan Integrated School (NIS) on February 25, reinforcing the university’s commitment to community service and educational support.

In her welcome remarks, NIS Principal Editha C. Dimarucut expressed gratitude to the university for selecting their school as a beneficiary.
Rev. Fr. Joey P. Balunsat, MS, university chaplain, blessed the donated computers and led the ribbon‑cutting ceremony together with Dimarucut.
A simple fellowship followed the formal program, attended by LSPC coordinators, NIS faculty members, and barangay officials of Nabbuan, marking the start of new learning opportunities made possible by the donation.
NIS teacher Kim Lemuel G. Javier underscored the importance of the initiative, citing the lack of available computers at the school.
The activity concluded with optimism for improved learning experiences at NIS, as the partnership between ULS and the local community continues to provide students with greater access to educational resources.
