ULS Continues Faculty Development with Session on Creating Positive Learning Environments

SANTIAGO CITY — The University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS) held the afternoon session of its Faculty Development Series on October 24, 2025, at the 2nd Floor of the ULS Graduate School–Center for Professional Development

The session, titled “Creating Positive Learning Environments: Effective Strategies in Classroom Management,” was facilitated by Dr. Antonio Tamayo, Professor VI of Cagayan State University.

Dr. Tamayo discussed practical strategies for establishing conducive classroom environments, promoting student engagement, and managing diverse learning behaviors effectively.

Faculty members from all departments participated in the session organized by the Human Resource Management Office as part of the university’s continuing effort to promote instructional excellence and professional growth among its educators.
