ULS Conducts Faculty Development Session on Aligning Learning Outcomes, Instruction, and Assessment

SANTIAGO CITY — The University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS) continued its Faculty Development Series with Session 2 held on October 24, 2025, at the 2nd Floor of the ULS Graduate School–Center for Professional Development.

The session, titled “Aligning Intended Learning Outcomes, Instruction, and Assessment through Effective TOS,” was facilitated by Dr. Antonio Tamayo, Professor VI of Cagayan State University.

Dr. Tamayo emphasized the importance of developing a Table of Specifications (TOS) as a framework for aligning learning objectives, teaching strategies, and assessment methods.

The activity was organized by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance instructional quality and promote outcome-based education.
