The University of La Salette, Inc. (ULS), through the La Salette Pananagutan Center (LSPC), conducted the Alay Karunungan at Panulat (AKAP ng La Salette) outreach program in three partner communities on September 18, 2026, as part of the celebration of the 74th University Feast Day.

The program simultaneously reached 779 learners, including 445 students from Nabbuan Integrated School, 229 from Malini Elementary School and 105 pupils from Sta. Rosa Elementary School. The Community Extension and Outreach Program Office initiated the said activity. 

Held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the program included a short ceremony, simple learning activities led by volunteers, and the distribution of reading materials from ULS students and employees. The educational materials are also utilized in extension activities of other university units, including reading remediation, numeracy, financial literacy, and instructional reinforcement for teachers.

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) Office, under NSTP Coordinator Dominick R. Domingo, LPT, together with extension coordinators and 25 student volunteers, facilitated activities at Nabbuan Integrated School and Malini Elementary School. Meanwhile, the Community Extension and Outreach Program–La Salette Pananagutan Center (CEOP-LSPC), under the LSPC Director Bernard Joseph L. Ariola, LPT, CHRA, together with another 25 student volunteers, facilitated the outreach activities at Sta. Rosa Elementary School.

First implemented in Academic Year 2024–2025, AKAP ng La Salette is conducted annually as part of the university’s Foundation Celebration and community extension initiatives with partner schools.
