ULS wins Search for Top 10 Jose Rizal Outstanding Students

The College of Education earned its 2nd award in the Search for Top 10 Jose Rizal Model Students of the Philippines. Jemerson L. Eugenio, a 4th year BSEd student and the current Student Executive Council President, received the award last December 30, 2018.

The representatives from different colleges and universities were evaluated based on their academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, affiliations and community involvement.

“I think it’s the passion, the vision we shared together with the community as well as the core values of our University that help me show how new heroes should be formed and be developed in our new age. My message to every Salettinian is to continue persevering in the fields you are into, just like Rizal, he offered his whole self to attain his dreams and aspirations. I wish if you could read more about his life, works and writings . Together, let’s envision a good picture for our country, make it happen through love and hard work.”, Jemerson said when asked about his winning.
